The coordinated development of the three systems of energy,environment and economy is the prerequisite and condition for the sustainable development of social economy.As one of China's old industrial bases,Jilin Province implements the policy of revitalizing the old industrial bases in Northeast China,fully implements supply-side reforms,and economically realizes the process of re-industrialization,moving toward a new stage of the 13 th Five-Year Plan.This article is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction.The second chapter is the study of the relationship between theoretical research and energyenvironment-economy and the relationship between the three.The third chapter is the quantitative analysis of the three subsystems of energy,environment and economy in Jilin Province,in order to discover the problems in the development status.We did a descriptive statistical analysis.Based on the data from 2007 to 2016,select the representative indicators of each subsystem,and use the structured vector autoregressive model with matrix constraints to study the dynamic relationship and internal impact between the three;In order to divide the coordination degree of different years in our province,establish a coordination degree evaluation index system,use the PCA method to calculate the comprehensive development value of the 3E system,and then use the comprehensive coordination evaluation model to calculate the coordination degree of the three.The fifth chapter,on the basis of the above theoretical analysis and dynamic quantitative analysis and coordination analysis,provides policy recommendations for the development of the energy-environment-economic 3E system in Jilin Province.The innovations in this paper are as follows: First,this paper will discuss the complex relationship between energy and environment-economy,and secondly,this paper quantitatively analyzes the impact of energy and the actual impact of the environment on the economy.Third,in order to explore the development trend,this paper quantitatively calculates the coordination degree of the energy-environmenteconomic growth 3E system in Jilin Province from a dynamic perspective.The fourth is to sum up the research and put forward valuable suggestions for development.
