Study On The Thermoregulation Knitting Products

The thermoregulation textiles development has become the most popular focus in the sport garments field.More and more researchers have started the study on this topic.All the famous sport articles producers always desire to succeed in obtaining the real thermoregulation garment.The thermoregulation textiles could lighten the skin's temperature change according to the temperature change of the micro- environment(skin-fabric).The implication of the thermoregulation textile could avoid the uncomfortable feeling caused by the sudden temperature change.Actually,there are some possible ways to get the thermoregulation functionality such as:the phase change material,the form memory material,electro-conducting polymer and the heat liberation fiber.According to the PCM theory and also the testing method,this study has measured the performance of the coated thermoregulation fabrics and also the thermoregulation brut from Outlast Company on the garment.This paper studies also the influence of the PCM utilization quality on the thermoregulation performance.The best position of using the PCM in the garment system which could make PCM have the maximum effect has also been studied in this paper. Some limits of using PCM have been proposed by this paper.This paper mainly uses these testing methods such as:the heat plat testing equipment,the heat torso testing equipment,thermal manikin,using test (thermocouple and the questionnaires).This paper also discusses the possibility to realize the thermoregulation by the chemical functional treatment as:heat liberation by humidity absorption and the optimizing the vapor effect.This study is meaningful for furthering the PCM utilization in the knitting goods and helping the PCM development on the thermoregulation.
