The strength and wear resistance of the core-spun yarn with nylon filament as the core yarn are obviously better than those of the most widely used spandex core-spun yarn.Compared with ring-spun core-spun yarn,siro-spun core-spun yarn has better tensile properties and evenness,and better covering effect.As a differentiated nylon fiber,the core-spun yarn fabric woven by nylon mono-filament has a unique style,comfortable hand feel,and has a good application prospect.However,when enterprises develop siro-spun nylon mono-filament core-spun yarn,due to uneven control of filament tension,the positioning of the core yarn is difficult,and problems such as hollow core and exposed core are prone to occur,which seriously affects the quality of the core-spun yarn and the subsequent process.The effect of cloth surface limits its application in the field of clothing fabrics.In order to solve the above problems,improve the process ability of nylon mono-filament and its core-spun yarn,and enhance its fabric market competitiveness,the following researches are carried out in this subject:Firstly,the properties and process ability of nylon mono-filament were studied,the related properties of nylon 6 mono-filament were tested,and the effects of the number of filaments,oil content and friction roller material on the properties of nylon 6 filament were analyzed.The following conclusions are drawn:with the increase of the number of filaments,the moisture regain of nylon 6 filaments increases,while the breaking strength and elongation at break decrease;In the processing of nylon mono-filament core-spun yarn,attention should be paid to the control of oil content;the static friction between nylon mono-filament and rubber roller The coefficient and kinetic friction coefficient are the largest,followed by plastic rollers,and metal rollers are the smallest.Therefore,in the process of core-spun yarn,in order to increase the feeding tension of nylon mono-filament,a plastic or rubber guide wire device with a larger friction coefficient can be selected.Secondly,the preparation process of siro-spun nylon mono-filament core-spun yarn is optimized and studied,and four process parameters are selected,including the material of the guide rod,the content of the core filament,the distance between the roving,and the position of the filament and short fiber strands at the front jaw gathering point.Single-factor process experiments were carried out to prepare siro-spun nylon mono-filament core-spun yarns,and the yarns were tested and analyzed for tensile properties,evenness,hairiness,peeling resistance and resilience.The conclusions are as follows:the friction coefficient between the stainless steel lead screw and the nylon mono-filament is small,the thread tension is small during the spinning process,and the stainless steel lead screw has little control effect.For the PVC godet,the position of the godet and the direction of the godet can be adjusted by changing the diameter of the PVC pipe and other settings;with the increase of the filament content,the evenness of the yarn becomes worse,and the yarn strength decreases significantly,the breaking strength and peeling resistance showed a downward trend,the elongation at break decreased,the amount of harmful hairiness of the yarn decreased,and the elastic recovery rate increased.When the filament content increased to a certain value,the amount of harmful hairiness began to increase,and the elastic recovery rate decreased.Therefore,when the content of nylon mono-filament is about 15%,the quality of the core-spun yarn is the best;on the basis of the material of the guide rod and the content of the filament,the roving spacing can be changed by adjusting the center distance of the double bell mouth.With the increase of the center distance of the double-flare mouth,the breaking strength and elongation at break of the yarn did not change much,but the evenness and hairiness index of the core-spun yarn increased,and the peeling resistance and resilience weakened.Therefore,3mm is the optimal roving spacing;under the condition that other spinning processes remain unchanged,the gathering point of filament and short fiber whiskers can be adjusted by adjusting the position of the front godet.As the gathering point of the filament and short fiber strands moves down at the front jaw,it has little effect on the strength of the core-spun yarn.Hairiness and evenness first decrease and then increase.The trend of strengthening and then weakening.However,when the current godet position is centered,the core wire is closer to the center of the yarn,and will not cause damage to the machine.Finally,on the basis of the above-mentioned process optimization,three kinds of regenerated cellulose fibers and cotton fibers,namely ordinary viscose fiber,Sadear?viscose fiber and Modal?viscose fiber,were selected as the outer fibers,and the16.7dtex nylon mono-filament was the core fiber.,to develop regenerated cellulose fiber siro-spun nylon mono-filament core-spun yarn.The following conclusions are drawn:compared with ordinary viscose fiber,the price of modal is higher,the production cost of core-spun yarn is high,and the quality of the core-spun yarn is lower than that of ordinary viscose fiber core-spun yarn.The preparation process of the mono-filament core-spun yarn needs to be further optimized;the breaking strength and elongation at break of the Sadear?siro-spun core-spun yarn are better than those of the other three core-spun yarns,and the Sadear?prepared by adding cotton fiber blended/Combed cotton siro-spun core-spun yarn,although the overall performance of the yarn has declined,the production cost is reduced and the economic benefit is improved.Therefore,the siro-spun nylon mono-filament core-spun yarn produced with ordinary viscose fiber,Sadear?,Sadear?/combed cotton as the outsourcing fiber has good comprehensive performance and has good development and application prospects.
