BCC (biomass compound coal) as the new type energy, is the valid path for alleviating the energy crisis, making use of a recycle energy resource efficiently, protecting environment and solving combustion shortage of the traditional industry briquette.At the present time, it isn't enough to the research of BCC thoroughly, and the contents also are certainly some localization. Thereby, there isn't a unified direction for the sake of industry production toward the optimal component ratio and combustion characteristic of BCC. The purpose of thesis is to research the optimal component ratio and combustion characteristic of BCC, then find out the parameter of BCC. To design BCC briquetting mechanism and simulate its movement according as the original experimental data.According to the above-mentioned purpose, this thesis mainly carried on following several researcheses:(1) BCC is composed of anthracite coals from Qi taihe as the raw coal, culture medium of fungus wastes as the biomass and the cementing agent. Taking the rate of water content and the calorific capacity as the experimental targets, consulting the former research of the optimal component ratio for BCC, combining the characteristics of the oneself of "Optimal Experiment Design and Analyse" method, adopting the orthogonal test design approach in order to study the optimal component ratio of BCC, experimentation obtained the forming parameter and obtain the optimal component ratio.(2) For the sake of comprehending the characteristic of BCC deeply, The compressive strength, calorific value of BCC were determined by experiments, the combustion charaeteristies were studied, and draw the Thermegravimetry curve(TG) and the differential coefficient Thermegravimetry curve(DTG). The TG curves of BCC can be divided into two steps elearly, and the DTG curves. The ignition point of BCC is low 380℃generally , the more percentage of biomass involved in BCC, the lower ignition points of BCC are. The result manifestation that it is very good for combustion of BCC,and surpass the traditional industry Briquette;(3) To calculate the measure of rolls, forming power, gears, drive axis, et al, baisd on the parameter has gotten, and attempt to design half-round roller cover and spoke parts, then assembled on the drive axis; The idlers gear-drive device was designed to implement the concession of driven shaft in order to protect the costly roll and aviod the overload accident;(4) To use the gained parameter to model and assemble parts with Pro/E, last to simulate the movement of forming mechanism, then optimize the design.
