Various synthesis method of isocyanuric acid(CA) was discussed,analyzed and assessed on industrialized view.Solid phase-melt pyrogenation technology was preferred as synthesis route,which characterized by low cost,investment saving,high product quality and process reliable.Thus release NH3 gas during urea pyrolysis was absorbed by dilute sulfuric acid waste water resulted in crude CA purification in a continuous absorbing tower, distilled by double effect vacuum distillation apparatus,separated by two-liquid auto centrifuge,and then dried in a shock fluid bed dryer to form ammonium sulfate as byproduct for agricultural purpose.This process has not only low pollution but also complex so that author carried out calculation and re-design for some necessary units,such as industrial scale of manufacturing equipment,material and thermo-balance of part operating units,type-selection of key equipment double effect vacuum distillation apparatus and system optimization on product line for ammonium sulfate.As result,316L stainless steel was determined as main material by many corrosive resistant trials.And also product quality inspection,workshop layout,production cost and cleanness with operating field were described.
