Nickel buckles is an indispensable raw material in precision electroplating industry , but the nickel buckles cathode plate used has a lot of problems,which make the mass production of electrolytic nickel buckles impossible.To solve the problem of production of nickel buckles,Manufacturing nickel buckles cathode plate with screen printing is presented in this article.Plenty of laboratory tests showed that, it is completely practical and feasible to prepare insulating layer of nickel buckle through screen printing technique, which it solve the difficultise in traditional process, and has good effects .By analysing the results of orthogonal test, the optimized processing conditions for manufacturing the insulation layer of nickel buckles cathode plate with silk screen printing technology were confirmed, and come to a better solidification process parameters;Used 80 mesh screen in accordance with the parameters set for this process three times, so that the thickness of the insulation layer can reach about 260 um, less leakage points; Improred the ink systemto get a batter insulation layer production adaptability;and found the best way to deal with the cathode plate. The semi-industrial tests showed that the screen printing technique prepared nickel buckles cathode plate can produce qualified nickel buckles; Analyzed all the results ,in this paper the screen printed plates has some advantages compared with other types cathode plates, the technology can be used for large-scale industrial production.To regard meet the requirements of practical production as the starting point, in the integrative application of mechanical design,CAD,SolidWorks and theoretical knowledge of some application soft wares, this article presents an initial program of the design of the production line puts forward two options for selection, and from a practical point of production efficiency and investment programs to determine one program-based as production line.Then use the building model software, namely SolidWorks, to build every part of the equipment in the computer, then virtual assemble the general architecture in the computer, not only to check and judge whether or not have the interferences, but also can revise the mistakes in on the course of designing and assembling the equipment. After that, assembly animation demonstration is implemented by using the plug-in Animator in SolidWorks to examine spatial positions and the interference situation between the moveable components. Moreover, stress analysis of the main parts is done by the stress analysis software of COSMOSXpress, in order to forecast the loading condition and deformation state of all parts. Based that, the sizes of original design are optimized and the final sizes are determined. And then, the existing problems which occurred in the process of installation and debugging are conducted detailed analysis and solved. Some problems are detailed discussion such as bad shape of rectangular-ring,irregular forming and welding of triangle-ring,unsatisfied shape requirement of truss end. Then solutions are Proposed. Technology specification of every welding point is determined by multi-group and different specifications of steel bar of many experimented data. The optimum is obtained. After the equipment is installed and adjusted, passing through a period of operation to show that the line is reliable operation, high accuracy, good forming and the requirement of the practical production is satisfied and the production efficiency of truss is increased.
