Combine with the combined cycle production system characteristic and the real situation of the safety of Guohua Yuyao Fuel Gas power plant, the author of this article brings forward a practical scheme for the construction and management of this project's safe facilities by sorting the risks, then doing analysis and evaluation, taking the pertinent precautionary measures and improving them during the construction of the project. The site tests prove that the present safe facilities and precautionary measures can ensure the safe and steady operation of Guohua Yuyao Fuel Gas power plant.
