Research On Safety Climate Of Construction And Construction Teams In Nuclear Power Plants

In order to explore the dimension of the construction teams' safety climate in nuclear power plants,firstly,it was analyzed that the research on the safety climate of construction industry at home and abroad and the characteristics of safety management of Chinese nuclear power plants.Then,SHEL model was adopted to divide the safety climate from four dimensions,that is,Software,Hardware,Environment and Liveware.After that,the items were designed and the questionnaire was compiled according to the divided dimensions.To ensure the questionnaire items can declare the characteristics of the nuclear power plant comprehensively and match the actual situation accurately,the content of the item was revised and improved after communicating with the managers and human factors experts and referring to the safety management regulations.Finally,the initial safety scale was constructed to lay the foundation for the design and data collection of the questionnaire.With the On-the-spot investigation of a nuclear power plant under construction,150 questionnaires were distributed to 17 types of worker,and interviews with professional technicians were also down.Later,the collected data were analyzed by SPSS20.0 and AMOS22.0.The results show that the safety climate of the construction team is composed of five dimensions: the project department's safety responsibilities,the communication within the team,the safety attitude of the team members,the safety management of the construction site,and the construction work environment.The test results show that the design and selection of the questionnaire items are objective,with good reliability and validity,and can basically meet the research needs.Further,to study the interaction mechanism among the safety climate,a hypothetical mutual model was constructed based on the analysis of domestic and foreign literatures.The initial model was verified by AMOS20.0,and the model was revised according to the revised index.It was concluded that the project department's safety responsibilities have a significant impact on construction safety management and on-site construction environment,construction safety management has a significant impact on construction team staff safety attitudes and personnel exchanges in the construction team.According to the results of the investigation and analysis and combining with the actual situation of the construction site,the corresponding improvement measures were then proposed to the relevant safety management.
