Research On Industrial Ecology Development In Xinjiang

With the progress of science and technology constantly, the continuous development ofeconomy, more and more material wealth is created, which got great improvement of people’slives. But at the same time, human intervention to the environment is becoming more and bigger,the extent of the damage is becoming more and deeper. The traditional pattern of industrialdevelopment in promoting the economic development of colleagues also caused a large number ofresources waste and serious environmental problems, such as water pollution, air pollution, noisepollution and other issues emerge in endlessly. How to find a can realize the coordinateddevelopment of a new path of development of industry and the environment has become the maindifficult problem which people need to solve. Under such background, the sustainabledevelopment arises at the historic moment. Sustainable development as the goal is to realizeecological industry of new industry development pattern. Industrial ecology has gradually becomethe trend of developed countries in the1990s. From a macro level governments developsustainable industrial development planning, to achieve the cycle of economic development, tomedium level to build the ecological industrial park, to the micro level emphasizes the enterprisecleaner production and so on, industrial ecology. Our country also has applied to the ecologicalpractice, and has made no small achievement.Xinjiang is located in the northwest frontier region in China, deep in the Eurasia hinterland,is a typical inland arid zone, the landforms between basin and mountains make it formed with theoasis ecosystem as the center, with water as the main constraint condition and interaction andsuccession of large system. Arid climate condition which is lack of water resources, ecologicalenvironment in xinjiang. Unique geographical location and ecological environment that xinjianghad to form a sustainable development road, industrial ecology is the good choice. The practice ofecological industry in xinjiang is better, like the eco-industrial park, urumqi shihezi ecologicalindustrial park in the country also has a certain reputation, but in general, the influence of theeconomic development level, the level of industrial ecology development in xinjiang is not high.Industry at home and abroad are discussed in detail in this paper the formation anddevelopment of ecological theory, analysis the connotation of ecological industry and its relatedtheory, combined with the actual situation in xinjiang, selecting rational index evaluation system,the status quo of ecological development in xinjiang are analyzed in detail, summarizes of thedevelopment of ecological problems in xinjiang, put forward concrete Suggestions for thedevelopment of industrial ecology. Therelated literature at home and abroad were summarized and introduced in this paper, we study theideas and content, the method of this paper, indicating the frame structure of the article. Thesecond chapter for ecological connotation and theoretical basis, mainly introduces the connotation of ecological, concept and characteristics, as well as about the related theories of industrialecology. The third chapter for xinjiang development analysis of the causes of industrial ecology,this paper describes the xinjiang natural ecological environment, industrial structure and energyutilization and its existing problems, and through their ecological effect, then explain the reason ofchoose industry ecology in xinjiang. Chapter iv for the xinjiang ecological status quo analysis,first of all, from the perspective of macro, meso and micro, briefly discusses the ecologicaldevelopment of xinjiang, using empirical analysis method, then select the appropriate indexsystem, establish the corresponding data model, the final conclusion.
