The Spot Color Matching And Ink Calculation System

In order to change the current situation of ink serious waste during the spot-color matching system, my paper set up the spot-color matching and ink calculation system for study and discussion. At first, my papers analyze and calculate the ink thickness of different kinds of paper and then we can get the model of the whole ink need at the base of images entering. Secondly, my study adopts the method of three stimulate value matching to establish the spot-color matching model based on Kubelka-Munk law. Lastly, taking this spot color match model with the ink calculation model, we establish the Spot Color Matching and Ink Calculation System. We can get not only the price but also the CMY color ratio through the system. This article also carried out to verify the accuracy of color models through experiments. It is finished by Delphi 7.0.This is an accurate, high-speed method if we use the spot color matching and ink calculation system. And we can increase the Database data if we change the printing business materials such as paper and ink .This is a strong practical model. It is not only provide reference solutions to the corporate existence of ink wasted serious problem for printing companies ,but also provide further research in the color matching system.Because of the experimental conditions, the precision of spot-color matching and ink calculation system is a little bit affected. And my experiments only choose several types of paper and ink, which did not cover all the printed materials. So I hope studies can improve the solution in future.
