Research On Key Technology Of Color Matching For Spot-color Printing Ink

Spot-color printing ink for its superior characteristics has become an important partof printing. although the study of ink matching technology has made great progress inrecent years， there are some problems restricting the ink matching efficiency and quality:research and application on ink auxiliary equipment that was less result in the low degreeof automation; the color matching algorithm need to be further improved.In order toenhance the efficiency and stability，it is necessary to study the key technology of colormatching system.In this paper， the ink dosing device based on the study of accurate measurementwas designed， in which the key mechanisms were descriped detailedly， using fluentsimulation software to verify the reliability of the device，precision analysis showed thatthe device can achieve ink matching accuracy requirements；BLDC motor control systembased on position sensor was designed to meet the dosing device control precision， thepart of hardware contained the component selection and circuit design，the software wasintroduced the program structure and described the design idea of program in module.this paper presented a non-contact mixing mode applied to ink mixing， whichstructure designed in analysis of the flow characteristics with high viscosity ink. Accordingto the chromaticity and computer color matching technology， the spot-color matchingalgorithm based new two-constant K-M theory was established， and designed thesoftware for matching calculation， the reliability of the algorithm was verified byexperiment， The results suggest that the model can improve the accuracyof color matching effectively. Finally， the research direction and prospect of the futurewere given.This work smoothes the way to develop spot-color ink matching in printing industry，which solve the exiting problems has certain application value.
