A Study Of Promotion Of Concentration Of The Circulating Cooling Water For Petrochemical Enterprises

Petrifaction Corporation usually apply the open-circulating water system to supply cooling water. As the running time lasted, there are so many problems occurred in the circulating water system, such as serious fouling, rusting on the heat-exchanger pipe and the low concen- tration condition, etc. The concentration is a important and integrate index,it reflects and controls the circulating water system's running. To improve the cycles of concentration may reduce the make-up water and water resource, and may reduce the polluted discharge water, lessen the environment pollution and waste water to discharge, so these can reduce the water treatment medicament, save the cost.Daqing Refinery and Chemical Company have eight circulating water disposal unit, at the conditions of various water qualities, the conditions of various equipments, every water disposal unit's running state is different, the concentration cycles are different. After the recovery-water is adopted, the water qualities have changes. Based on this step, we studied a lot of data, and the factual situations of circulating water disposal unit. There are some main factors that restrict the system's concentration to improve. This paper made a full-scale optimization of the system, including the design, the medicaments scheme, the management, etc. The running data shows that the concentration was impoved from 3.5 in 2005 to 5.1 in 2007, the amounts of recovery-water was used much more, the freshwater was saved much more, that effect was well controlled.
