Research On Networked Measure And Control System Of Tyre Building Machine Based On LabVIEW

The tyre building machine,as the major equipment of tyre manufacturing,its development influences the development of the tyre industry and its related fields.?In this paper,a networked measure and control system was developed because of the questions such as low automation level and chaotic management.The networked measure and control system of tyre building machine was developed by LabVIEW.The server and client were developed by the advantages of Lab VIEW such as advanced network communication solution,strong support for a variety of hardware driver,open,high reusability and development speed.The networked measure and control system of tyre building machine have many functions such as user management,formula management,production management,data store and failure warning.The clients of the networked measure and control system communicate with PLCs through OPC server and DataSocket.And the communication between clients and server was realized by TCP/IP.Data stream driving,state machine,producer/consumer structure and multithreading technology were used in the process of program design,which made the system having strong expansibility and high executing efficiency.The PLC tags were stored in Access,and the communication between OPC server and OPC client was realized by dynamic loading by LabVIEW,which made the system having universality of the platform.The networked measure and control system of tyre building machine resolved some technology subjects such as privacy questions of formula and device parameters by user management and remote call.And the questions of disordered production statistics was solved by networking the industrial personal computers.The failure warning and alarm management were convenient for workers discovering failure timely.This system was now used in many manufacturers successfully.
