Challenge And Strategic Research On Work Safety Supervision And Management In China

With the stable and rapid economic growth and robust social development, a series of changes have taken place in the field of work safety industry and its supervision in China. Therefore it became an important and pressed task for us how to meet the new situation of such changes and find a way to adjust, develop and innovate the current work safety supervision system by borrowing from other countries' experiences .So the topic of this project is the challenges and strategic researches in work safety supervision and management. This project mainly analyzes the current problem in work safety industry and its supervision from the aspects of the relationship between work safety supervision and economic and social progress; researches properly the new challenges facing work safety supervision both from social and legal factors (when considering the establishment of such supervision rules and systems); and borrows from the experience both home and abroad so as to help all levels of government organs to supervise more effectively, give the reference to actively find a specific solution and promote the innovation of their managing idea and means.This project includes four parts:Part One mainly concerns the introduction of the research background , its purpose, theoretic significance, research methods , the relevant concepts' definitions and the relevant research findings.Part Two is to summarize a common rule between work safety industry and social and economic development by analyzing their relationship.Party Three puts forwards a comprehensively analysis of the current work safety situation, existing problems and challenges now by reviewing the history of work safety supervision and management in China.Party Four is to give an introduction to the current conditions, practices and experiences of work safety supervision and management in foreign advanced countries.Party Five puts forwards the framework of innovation models in work safety supervision management systems and find specific measures after combining the pressed problems in current work safety supervision and analyzing the links pending for innovation.
