Research On Land Ecological Balance And Industrial Structure Optimization Of Huangshi

With the development of China's economic and social,the sustainable development has become increasingly important subject to Chinese government and the community.As the main carrier of human life,the sustainable use of state land has an impact on the development of countries and regions.Because of the important of the land,the article analysis and evaluates Huangshi's land use with the ecological footprint methods.Then it designs the ecological balance of Huangshi and finds the relationship between sustainable land use and industrial development.After that,the paper adjusts the industrial structure to achieve the ecological balance of land based on the industry GDP footprint.On the basic principles of sustainable,the paper has carried out in-depth analysis on ecological model and introduced ecological footprint of the relevant concept and method, and has designed the conditions of ecological equilibrium in Huangshi.Then the article calculates and analyzes ecological footprint with its model in Huangshi from 2001 to 2006. It shows that the per capita ecological footprint is 2.096948 hm~2 and the per capita ecological footprint is 2.096948 hm~2.So the per capita ecological deficit is 1.71019 hm~2 and Huangshi is in a state of unsustainable development.This article also designs the ecological balance of Huangshi's land conditions,and calculates Huangshi's unit industrial GDP ecological footprint with the model in 2006. The first industrial unit of GDP footprints is 20611.28 hm~2/billion,the secondary industry GDP unit footprint is 7455.34 hm~2/billion units and the tertiary industry GDP footprint is 1936.40 hm~2/billion according the model.The data shows that the primary industry's occupies the largest footprint per GDP,and the tertiary industry GDP occupies the least. So it means Huangshi should reduce the primary industry,develop the second properly and develop the tertiary industry vigorously.Chapter five gives 5 kinds of options for example.Finally,this paper puts forward the industrial development optimization strategies under conditions of the ecological balance of Huangshi.
