| The novel compounds of earth ions(RE =La3+,Ce3+, Ce4+, Pr3+, Nd3+,Sm3+, Eu3+,Y3+, Er3+,Gd3+) with the chitosan and its derivatives were synthesized and characterized by FTIR,TEM,EDS,XPS, XRD,TG–DTA,photoluminescence (PL),Raman and SEM.The TEM image indicated that the compounds were consisted of dispersed particles with nano size. The stability of heat was proved by the data of TG-DTA .The antibacterial activities of the complexes were evaluated by the agar-diffusion method,Minimum Inhibitory Concentration method and the film applicator coating .The antibacterial activity tests of the complexes showed that all these complexes exhibited excellent antibacterial ability against Escherichia coli. and Staphylococcus aureus. .And the complexes were durable quality. The minimum inhibitory concentration was about 60μg?mL-1~350μg?mL-1, respectively. The antimicrobial spectra of the compounds were broad. Antibacterial activity excelled individual Chitosan, hydroxypropyl chitosan, the rare compounds.We used the Invert Microscope (IM), Fluorescence Microscope(FCM) and TEM to observe the K562 tumor Cell in the experiments. Also, we used the Methyl Thiazolyl Tetrazolium (MTT) colorimric and the flow cytometry to test the anti-tumour effect of the complexes with K562 tumor cell. The research showed that the complexes can inhibit K562 tumor cell's growth, generation and induce apoptosis. And there was significant difference compared with control groups. Inhibition ratio could accrete by the dosage's increasing, and it had significant positive correlation with dosage of the complexes in the experiment. |
