This paper is aimed at the transport of the hydraulic support used in Lu-ning coal. Lu-ning coal auxiliary transport lines of the hydraulic support include three stages, transportation of 2200 meters under the slope of 14°, the level roadway transportation and the trough of face transportation. According to situation of domestic and abroad auxiliary transport equipments, rope haulage trapped rail cars was selected as the first stage transport equipment. A locomotive of standard rail transport was for the second phase transport equipment and a battery monorail was for the third phase transport equipment.However, at home and abroad, there is no rope haulage trapped rail cars which can be applied to such a large slope and such heavy loads transport. And its orbit is generally shaped rail, which can not achieve the second phase standard rail transport with the same bracket truck. In the whole transport process, load once, change twice and unload once. Therefore, it is very difficult to transport the whole hydraulic support weighing 26 tons to the face continuously and efficiently, and at the same time it has great security risks. In order to achieve the continuous transport with the same bracket truck without free transfer and to improve the efficiency of auxiliary transport system, it is necessary to develop a new type of rope haulage transport system of free transfer.To achieve trapped rail car free transfer transport, the rail of transport must select a standard track. While the standard track for rope haulage trapped rail car faced with two problems. One is braking torque generated by locking rail in the standard track is inadequate and can not guarantee the safe operation of the system; the other is how could make wheels trapping system, the wire rope and brakes pass through rail connections and turnouts and keep running smoothly.The article introduced the development of auxiliary transportation system and rope haulage trapped rail car, clarified the importance and necessity of free transfer trapped rail transport of rope haulage and raised the technical line and key research.After introducing the overall program of the free transfer trapped rail transport of rope haulage, I focused the study on the braking and tension options. After analysis, the braking solved the problem of insufficient braking torque and prevented car accidents caused by broken rope. The tensioning device tightened the loose side of the wire rope, which prevented the drum slipping and ensured the rope had sufficient traction. All of these make the system work properly.For the requirements of the trapped rail transport system on the standard rail, key technologies of the rail system were studied. After visiting the site and access to relevant information, special sleeper was designed to make the wheels trapping system run smoothly and sub-orbital transfer linkage device was also designed to ensure rope haulage trapped rail car pass through the turnout smoothly. By analyzing existing problems of pressing rope devices, pressing rope device of rubber spring was designed to make rope run smoothly. And simulation analysis of the pressing rope wheel provides a theoretical basis for the design.By analyzing the performance of the brake system and finite element analyzing the brake fork and the rod, critical components of brake systems, the results prove that the brake fork and the rod can meet the braking requirements of the standard orbit. This provides a theoretical basis for the effective work of the braking system.Experimental studies have shown that the free transfer trapped rail transport of rope haulage is in the normal operation. It meets the requirements of Coal Mine Safety Regulations and can be used for the continuous free transfer transport with heavy load and long distance.
