Decades ago, the problem of illegal coal mines had been in our country exists. These illegal coal mines exist in large numbers is not only a serious waste of coal resources and pollute the environment, destroying the coal price formation mechanism, also caused a lot of major fatal accident, and endangering the lives and property of the mine workers. Therefore, we must take measures to completely solve the problem of China's illegal coal mines.In this article, I used the theory with practice and inductive analysis methods in-depth study and analysis of the problem of illegal coal mines. This article put the existence of the root causes of illegal coal mines as a priority, and put the fundamental purpose of the illegal coal mines as a response.
