Ultra-fine grinding technology is the basis of non-mental mineral processing technology. Its mineral processing technology not only requires processing fine particle size, but also needs to have a certain shape. The Jet milling equipment is to meet the damands of this process there. Jet milling equipment in China started very late. Most of equipments are outdated facilities. If in current condition want develop from labor-intensive to technology-intensive, it must be constrained by present technology level and economic condition.In this paper, we construct the framework for autonomous Manufacturing Island and describe the equipments of the autonomous manufacturing island in details. The concept of autonomous Manufacturing Island is that it is a suitable way of Chinese economic condition. On the hardware aspect, it changes traditional machinery manufacture into the closed unit production system. On the software aspect, it fully untilize computer to design, production planning and scheduling work. In this article, we use finite element method to simulate laval nozzle. We get the velocity of nozzle under different inlet pressure. The method of simulation is finite element method. It divides a structure or continuum into a number of discrete sub-domains (elements), and through them on the boundary node connected to each other a combination. The mathematical model (basic equations, boundary conditions) of original question adopted equivalent to the variational principle or weighted residual method to establish the basic unknowns (field node function value) of the algebraic equations or differential equations.In exception, we model and construct Jet mill and turbine classifier by Pro/E software. Finally, we use self-designed device to classify SiC powder and achieve to divide SiC powder into different types.
