Value Measuremnt Of Environmental And Ecological Resources:Based On The Valuation Theory

Environmental crisis is a global problem nowadays. There may be many different research perspectives to solve it. However the principal objective is to confirm and perfect environmental and ecological value theory. This paper summarizes value measurement methods of current environment ecology resources based on various economic theories, analyse the importance and necessity of value measurement on environment ecology resources. Moreover it reveals the potential value and applied prospect of assets evaluation methods on value measurement of environment ecology resources by analysis and comparison. It not only clarifies the significance of integrating economy with engineering to environmental research but also make the attribute of environment ecology resources extended, from a single attribute to both of economy and value attribute. It also clearly puts forward the concept of environment ecology assets. Xixi wetland of Hangzhou is choosen as cases for this study, the conclusions of this paper are as follows:The value of Tourism is 2.2 billion RMB, total value of ecosystem services is 11.1billion RMB, social values is 39.9 billion RMB. The innovative aspect of this essay is that:1. it constructs an integrated value evaluation system on ecological protection program which is govermental lead.And it gives a detailed description on its connotation and application; 2. the evaluation result plays an unique role in West Stream wetland layout, its construction and management, brand inviting to open companies, ecology increment potential and EBI forecasting, etc.;3.it describes the principle of enviornmental ecology value computation, which will embrace the change of enviornmental conflicts and transfer of economic hot spot;4. it demonstrates the whole application process of capital assessment method in environment engineering.
