Compared with the loosen clothes, they prefer to wear suitable clothing, if the costume is tight, their body development will be blocked. If the style and Stereotype are fit for the girl's body, the clothing market's sales and purchase will be promoted.The result showed in some research paper is that the current clothing market mainly sells is adult and children outfit, the problem encountered when they buy apparel. This article is researched base on those facts, the body shape and clothes prototype of the 90s shanghai girls are studied in this article. This research's content is followed:(1) The clothing market of 90s girls are researched by questionnaires, the consumer's psychology and consumer's preference of girls are analyzed either, the girls decide to buy the clothes buy themselves. There are 60% of girls can't buy the clothes which are fit for them. The clothes which they buy do not fit for their waist are 29.6%, there has 18.4% in the shoulder, the color which they like are black, white, blue and pink. The size designation and clothes prototype are made by the study of the consumer's psychology and consumer's preference of 90s girls.(2) The 149 body of the 90s shanghai school girls are measured, then the data are analyzed,5 data are eliminated by scatter plot chart and Q-Q chart of SPSS, then all the data are analyzed. Then the Middle size is got, the height is 161.77cm, the chest circumference is 81.8cm, the waist circumference is 67.4cm, the hip circumference is 90.9cm.(3) The standard of United States, Japan, Germany and ISO are analyzed, ISO standard are delimited by the differences of chest circumference and hip circumference, while the Japan and Germany are delimited by the difference of hip circumference, the united is delimited by height, body weight, chest circumference and age, china standard are delimited by the difference of chest circumference and waist circumference. The 90s girls body type are delimited into Y,A,B and C, the clothes size designation are made either.(4) The difference between domestic and foreign clothing prototype are compared, the sixth and seventh edition prototype, XIE prototype, DONGHHUA prototype and Ohno Marina prototype are analyzed.
