Research On Somatotype And Upper Garment Prototype Of Girls Within 13～15 Years Old In Jiangsu And Zhejiang Area

With economic development and the improvement of living standards, consumers put forward higher requirements of garment beautiful appearance and inner quality. For children’s garment, due to the particularity of children’s physiology and psychology, it is more strict on the requirements of quality than adult’s. At present, the concept of "leedarson" has not get widely attention and recognition in society, which often causes this group unfitting on dressing, this will not only affect the growth but also the psychology of children. This topic is regarding 13 to 15 years old girls in Jiangsu and Zhejiang area as the research object, do survey and research in view of the bodily form of this group, the purpose is to develop and design comfortable garment that can meet the requirements of their bodily form, concrete research content is as follows:Measure 175 13 to 15 years old girls in Jiangsu and zhejiang area then obtain data of body. Preprocessing the data by SPSS software, through descriptive statistical analysis、correlation analysis、regression analysis、factor analysis and other analysis methods to observe the change rule of the data and obtain the correlation and difference between variables, from multiple perspectives analysis bodily form characteristics of the group, and use it for further application research.In virtue of rohrer index to do research on the whole body characteristics of research object, the calculation results show that the age group of girls are mostly medium or lean type. then digitizing their local shape features, to represent the morphological characteristic and distribution of the chest、the waist and the hip through accurate data. In order to understand the young girl bodily form classification, different classification methods are used:the first one is a reference to the national children’s shape standard method, the results shows that the coverage of the children’s bodily form standard is not high enough for the observation object; The second one is using the two indicators which is on behalf of the young girls’shape features of the difference value of the chest and the waist and the ratio of body and chest to subdivide nine types of body, this method can meet the girls’body features roughly, but it mainly referes to the upper part sizes of the body, in order to get a more comprehensive in-depth girls’bodily form classification features, this study attempts to adopt fuzzy clustering to analyze the young girls’bodies, validate the classification results, the results show that the girls’bodily form can be divided into 3 groups along with high coverage and reasonable classification, they are short thin body type, normal type, and a little fat type, the largest number is normal type.With the aid of two-dimensional interval probability analysis method and the nonparametric kernel density analysis method to determine all kinds of bodily shape controlling parts of grading and size series.On the basis of intermediate size of normal type, making up the model form, using the method of three-dimensional cutting to get fitting garment prototype, Draping repeats five times, measuring the various parts of a specific value for averaging to provide a reference for plane prototype drawing, and then draw the plane prototype while analyzing the key factors of prototype, Finally try it on model form and use the PGM software to validate prototype, the result shows that the plane drawing prototype is reasonable.Through the above analysis, this paper obtains the Jiangsu and Zhejiang area of 13 to 15 years old girls’garment size series. Enacting garment prototype for one kind of all bodily forms, provides a reference on the shape study method, enriches children’s garment size series, and replenishes garment prototype theory in our country.
