The mechanical properties, processing performance and weather resistance performance of Thermoplastic elastomer(TPE)is very outstanding,its industrialization development has reached to a high level, new products appear to the market continually, has replaced some of the traditional rubber and plastic materials and was widely used in wire and cable,sealing materials, diaphragms products, footwear industry, automobile industry, machinery industry and various of industrial mold, even used in coating, films, etc, its status becomes more and more important. Only some western developed countries'and Japan's multination corporations with strong technical and financial play an important role in the industrial development process of today's thermoplastic elastomers, and has an absolute monopoly in its field, but until now the thermoplastic elastomers industry in china is only two or three decades, whether in technology or the theory of such materials are lagging behind these countries especially in the respect of blow molding grade elastomer, therefore, this subject do a research on regeneration of butyl rubber/polyolefin to preparation of blow molding thermoplastic elastomer, while maximum use of renewable resources, reduce economic costs, save resources and promote environmental protection also to make some progress in the field at the time.In this paper, use the dynamic vulcanization technology to processing regeneration butyl rubber/ polyolefin blends, to research the best experimental methods and process conditions of the preparation of elastomer by research different ratio and different blending technology.The conclusion that the best regeneration temperature is 170℃,vulcanization time is 60min, vulcanization pressure is 10MPa were known through research the methods of regeneration of waste butyl rubber. When research the vulcanization processing of regenerated butyl rubber/polyolefin, we found that the mechanical properties of premixed blends was superior to masterbatch method prepared elastomers. So we determine to use premixed method to prepare blow molding thermoplastic elastomer. In the process of dynamic vulcanization, we found when the ratio of rubber and plastics is 60:40 its performance is best, and its cost is more reasonable. Observed the surface of tensile fracture, found that using polyethylene to prepare elastomer is better than that of PP, with better compatibility, better dispersion of rubber particle and more fuzzy interface. In the study of the influence of vulcanization system on elastomer we found whether for the cost or the performance of vulcanized elastomer the system of vulcanized elastomer is much better than that of 2402 resin.This paper study on the performance of solvent resistance, thermal stability, rheological properties and thermoplastic of RIIR/PE elastomer, we found its performance of solvent resistance is better than RIIR/PP, thermal stability is better than IIR/PE and RIIR/PP, its quality retention rate is 38%, with good compatibility, melt index is 1.561g/min, and can be processed by blow molding, its performance is still more than 70% after three times mixing.
