The casting industry usually enjoyed "the mother of the industry", which is an important industry related to the national economy and the people's livelihood. Pouring is a critical process for the production of castings, playing a decisive impact on quality and output. The critical process for pouring is the pouring quantity of molten metal and the pouring stability. Most factories in our country are still using manual processes to complete ladle pouring molten metal at present, but completed depending on the artificial experience to pouring is difficult to precisely control the pouring elements,which have affected the casting quality and the production efficiency. To this end needing to develop a variety of automatic pouring equipment, while the level of automation to a pouring equipment depends largely on the equipment's quota pouring control system.Therefore, developed automated quota pouring equipment has the necessity very much.To achieve automated quantitative pouring, conventional rotary type of pouring machine simultaneously control the movement in three directions, which has complex structure and controls difficulties. It has not seen the successful application example until now.Similarly, to realize quota pouring, the fixed point rotary type of electric stove only need to control a freedom degree which is furnace corner,thus it is possible to quota pour for the fixed point rotary type of electric stove. The paper take the fixed point rotary type of electric stove as the object of study, which has consulted the massive domestic and foreign correlation data and has analyzed the current domestic and international quota tilt-rotor casting machine application status.The paper designed angular displacement control system based on controlling pouring stable and weight control system based on controlling pouring quantity,thus completed the fixed rotary type of electric stove quota pouring system.In the fixed point rotary type of electric stove quota pouring hydraulic control system, due to electro-hydraulic proportional control is simple in principle, anti-pollution ability, moderate price, the control precision can satisfy most industrial requirements, so this paper uses electro-hydraulic proportional valve as the control of the main valve.The paper designed the valve to control the cylinder angular displacement control system to control the tilt angle of electric furnace, combined the closed path which the angular displacement sensor'feedback and the weight of the sensor's feedback and the proportioning valve formed,to achieved the quota control the goal.The valve to control the cylinder angular displacement control system is a new attempt from the angle of transmission and control, which has the quite great value regarding the hydraulic control system's theory and the practical application.According to the different performance and controlled variable from two states that the oil enter the asymmetrical cylinder, the paper separately established the valve to control the asymmetrical cylinder quota control system mathematical model.Through the establishment of the hydraulic cylinder linear displacement and furnace tilt angle,the paper conbines controlling parameters of the furnace tilt angle with parameters of the valve controls the cylinder. model,then completes the angular displacement control subsystem and weight control subsystem of mathematical modeling. Finally unified two control subsystem model,which is the quota control system model.This model has certain theoretical value.The paper has made the thorough analysis of the characteristics of dynamic and static of the quota control system by using the principle of controlling theory, has inferred the main parameter design calculation formula, has established the main performance index parametrization expression. Through the calibration of the system makes the system have a sufficient stability margin reserves. At last, the paper has carried on the simulation and the preliminary estimate to system's main performance by using the MATLAB procedure and the SUMLINK tool.Through collected the installation and the online installation had determined the PID controller's optimum parameter combination, which enhanced system's dynamic performance.The simulation results fully illustrate the fixed point rotary type of electric stove's quota pouring control system has a high quantitative accuracy, good dynamic characteristics, designing requirements to meet the expected.The paper does the work, which has the big theory value and the broad industrial application prospect.
