The casting is first link in the machine manufacture process chain, the castability quality immediate influence components final performance, It plays the extremely important role in the machine manufacture. The casting is the foundry practice critical process,and it has the significant influence regarding the casting output,the quality. So far, our country Majority of Factories still used manual operation pouring package of craft to complete the metal melt fluid the casting, not only the working condition is bad, the labor intensity is big, the existence big safe hidden danger, the pourer are burned which sometimes occurs, moreover the casting rejection rate is high, the production efficiency is low. Therefore, improves the casting quality, to pours the process implementation effective control, enhances the casting process the automated level and the control precision is a pending issue.This paper take leans type electric stove as an example, Analysis and study the convention leans type electric stove casting to discover:The convention leans type electric stove, the casting nozzle and the rotating axis center does not superpose, the pouring casting nozzle reduces highly unceasingly in the casting process, and is accompanied by the horizontal direction the migration. This kind of the casting system must simultaneously control three directions the movements, not only the structure is complex, the control is difficulty, the casting nozzle position variation quite to be still big, the casting stability was bad, affecting the casting quality, moreover the whole system's stability was bad, existing big safe hidden danger. It is one kind of new attempt on the transmission and the control angle.This paper has the very great value regarding the hydraulic control system's theory and the practical application.This paper establishs two kinds the valve to control the asymmetrical cylinder's mathematical model of entering the oil way because of the asymmetrical cylinder back and forth motion control parameter and the control performance being different. The paper analysises and studys furnace body's transfer mechanism, and establishs the furnace body tilting equipment mathematical model. Combining the furnace body's transfer mechanism angle control with the valve to control the asymmetrical cylinder's mathematical model, the paper has completed the angular displacement control system's mathematics model. This model has certain theory value.This article analysises and studys Characteristic of the system using the control theory, and inferrs the parameter design calculation formula, and establishs the system performance target parametrization expression. Through adjustment and compensation to the system to enable the system to have the enough stability margin reserve. The system's main performance has estimated preliminarily using the MATLAB procedure and SUMLINK tool. The paper also establishs the PID controller mathematical model, the parameter online installation law had determined the PID control's optimum parameter combination which enhances system's dynamic property greatly. The simulation result showed fully leans type casting system has the high position control precision, the good dynamic characteristic, satisfying the anticipated design requirements.The paper analysises and studys internal gallbladder's structure, and establishs the furnace body gallbladder's structural model, inferrs the mathematical relations of the casting volume or the quality and the electric stove leans angle, proposes two kind of quota control policy and the method which are the angle sector discrete control and the increase control, which are innovational in the control idea and the method, and can raise the productivity greatly,which has the very great usefulness.The paper does all work which has the big theory value and the broad industrial application prospect.
