This investigation is dedicated to two purposes. One purpose is to find new CL reactions, establish new CL methods and study their applications to real samples. The other purpose is to improve the selectivity of the CL method by trying combination of molecular imprinting technology and system. The main content of this article is as follows:1 Chemiluminescence systems for determination of rifampicin and fenbufen in drugA novel flow injection chemiluminescence method for the determination of rifampicin and fenbufen was established based on potassium ferricyanide-calcein CL system and potassium permanganate- formaldehyde CL system, respectively. Under the optimum conditions were investigated and optimized, The results indicated that the relative CL intensity was linear over the concentration of 5.0×10-7~1.0×10-5g.mL-1, 1.0×10-7~9.0×10-6g.mL-1, with a detection limit of 6.81×10-8g.mL-1, 1.49×10-7g.mL-1 for rifampicin and fenbufen, respectively. These new methods can perform simple, sensitive, rapid and suitable for automatic and continuous analysis, and provide an effective mean for study of drug metabolism analysis.2 CL systems determination of ethyl maltol and vanillin in food additivesBased on the fact that the chemiluminescence(CL) reaction of luminol and potassium ferricyanide in alkaline medium could be sensitized by ethyl maltol as well as chemiluminescence(CL) reaction of potassium permanganate and luminol in alkaline medium could be sensitized by vanillin, and the chemiluminescence intensity was directly proportional to the concentration of ethyl maltol and vanillin, respectively, a new analytical method was developed for the determination of ethyl maltol and vanillin with flow injection chemiluminescence, respectively. Under the optimum experimental conditions, the results indicated that the relative CL intensity was linear over the concentration of 3.0×10-7~3.0×10-5 g.mL-1, 5.0×10-8~3.0×10-6g.mL-1, with a detection limit of 1.10×10-7g.mL-1, 1.10×10-8g.mL-1 for ethyl maltol and vanillin, respectively. These methods provide an effective analytical tool for determination of additives in food, and provide a guarantee for food safety issues.3 Preparation of molecularly imprinted polymer and its recognition properties for vanillin Vanillin-imprinted polymer was synthesized by using vanillin as the template molecule and methacrylic acid as the functional monomer, and used to determine and recognize vanillin in water, with satisfactory results. the molecularly imprinted polymer is able to selectively recognize and capture the target molecule among other components in a complex sample, if combining MIS with CL was used for selectively extract compounds from complex sample, it will eliminate the interference of coexisting substances to improve CL poor selectivity, and provide a new way of thinking for the determination of complex samples.
