Machine is the carrier of advanced manufacturing technology and equipment industrialproduction methods.The machine industry is related to people's livelihood, sophisticated nationaldefense construction foundation industry and strategic industry. Honing machines ,as cylinder partsfinishing the important equipment in mechanical processing industry ,occupies an importantposition. At present, the advanced honing technical research in our country , especially the CNChoning control technology ,has become obstacles in our country honing industry processing .Fuzzy control system is a kind of intelligent automatic control system. It is based on fuzzymathematics, the fuzzy language forms of knowledge representation and fuzzy logic reasoning .Itis to use the computer control technology to constitute a feedback channel, closed loop structureof digital control system.And it has the strong robustness . However, the application of the fuzzycontrol is not so much.Currently ,the application of fuzzy control algorithm mostly has itslimitations.This paper aimed at the main quality problem in the processing of honing , combining withthe advantages and disadvantages of general fuzzy controller, in order to put forward a kind ofonline linear interpolation fuzzy intelligent control, develop a set of control algorithm suitable fornc machining honing, and then develop the corresponding procedures based on Siemens S7-300control.The research contents are as follows:1)The study of the model of relationship between honing processing parameters and shapeaccuracy in inner holeCombining the size accuracy of inner pore , shape accuracy and honing processing together,study the relationship between them.Focuse on the research of honing machining parameters inhoning processing to influence with the precision in shape of components and surface crossanilox . Through the theoretical and experimental analysis ,build the relation model of honingmachining parameters (speed, travel, reciprocating speed) , inner hole shape accuracy (cylindricity)and surface cross anilox.2) Research on the control model B3HM-009 of honing machine and its important controlparameters, and proposes the corresponding linear interpolation algorithm in fuzzy control.In front of the theory on the basis of study and analyzing the control mechanism of B3-HM009honing machine , there is a studing on its control system concrete plan. A research plan can be divided into two sides: The first, familiar with the transmission mechanism of domesticmainstream honing machines (B3HM-009 honing machines), grasp their movement mechanism,and according to the front the established the relation model, develope the control model for such animportant control parameters of honing machine.The second, research on the theory of fuzzyintelligent control .This paper studies the insufficiency in current application and practice of fuzzytechnology . From engineering application perspective, put forward the corresponding reliable andpractical solution: linear interpolation fuzzy control algorithm.3)Development of nangjing inner hole control systemFrom the study on digital control technology, and combining the characteristics of nangjing machining andlinear interpolation fuzzy control algorithm, this paper proposes a digital processing fuzzy algorithm about honingcontrol .Using Siemens S7-300 series of Siemens PLC as Lower level computer in control system, write theadaptive digital control algorithm procedures in modular, optimize the main processing control parameters, amendthe cylindricity shape error and improve the surface cross anilox quality by honing machine processing.4)The research of Systems experimentTo develop the honing the control model and digital control system ,this paper make necessaryexperiment research, including model validation experiment, and honing processing experiment.According to the feedback of the experimental data ,there will be a further validation, optimizingcontrol model, making perfect control.It will provide guarantee in next application studies systemafter the stage of numerical control .
