| Automatic rubber hose clean machine(ARHCM) is a set of automatic control system used for cleaning and dry rubber hose,which is designed according to the request of Tokai Rubber Co.,Ltd.in Jinnan development zone, Tianjin. This paper mainly expounds an automatic rubber hose clean and dry control system,which integrates technologies such as PLC (Programmable Logical Controller),Hydraulic transmission,intelligent instrument and sensor, etc.The system has the functions of automatic and manual adjustment, automatic alarm, and is endowed with the advantages of simplicity of operation, safety in run, high-level intelligence and reliable system structure. It can thus effectively lighten labour intensity of operators.The main contents of this research are as follows:1.Discuss the background and significance of topic, study the current situation of ARHCM and the questions need to be solved,clarify the work need to be done,analyse the control flow, technological requirements, current various kinds of control scheme of the ARHCM,get the overall design scheme of ARHCM by analysis.2.analyse the characteristics of the control system, design the functional block diagram of the system hardware, introduce the control circuit of the system in detail. With Mitsubishi FX2N-48MR unit at the core and Mitsubishi GT1155 touch screen as human-machine interface(HMI), this system designs hydraulic control circuit, electrical Control circuit.3.At the meantime of hardware configuration, design the PLC program by using Mitsubishi FX system programming software (FXGP_WIN_C), realize the function of the automatic control, design the HMI by using GT1155 software, realize the function of display and monitoring. Finally, debug the automatic control system on line.The system provides a feasible scheme for rubber hose production line. It has been put into use in the rubber hose production line, with its advantages of reliability in performance, safety in operation and high production efficiency. The idea and method of the system is of certain significance for automatic control system.
