Countermeasure Research On Recovery And Reconstruction Of Mine In Hunan After Natural Disasters

Natural disasters dominated by natural events mill result in casualties and property losses of human being. As a mining country, there are many natural disasters taken place in successive years, and frequent occurrence of a number of natural disasters has been a serious threat to the mine production safety.Therefore, the recovery and reconstruction of mines after disaster mill be in modern society a major practical problems for demanding prompt solution. From the natural and social sciences point of view, the author studies the cases of natural disasters over the years in Hunan, by the methods of macro management and micro-management. By using principle of disaster science, systems engineering, safety science, environmental engineering, mining economics, geology topography and so on. The causes and effects of natural disasters in Hunan were analysised, and the effective ways to solve post-disaster rehabilitation and reconstruction were proposed. The system of a comprehensive mine natural disaster rehabilitation and reconstruction mill, provide a scientific basis for the mine disaster recovery. Some contents and results are summarized as follows:(1) Summarizing basic research advances of prevention and mitigation of natural disasters in domestic and abroad, as well as of China's research status of natural disasters. Concluding the five major types of natural disasters in China and its commonality;(2) Systematicly studing the types,characteristics and causes of natural disasters in Hunan mines, and discussing the forms of the destruction of natural disasters to mines;(3) Puting forward to techniques and emergency systems of Hunan mine against rehabilitation and reconstruction of production and post natural disasters, according to the Hunan mine types and characteristics of natural disasters. Establishing disaster emergency response to warning and forecasting system in Hunan, by usies advanced equipment and technology such as sensors and transmission network, RS, and INSAR monitoring technology, GIS analysis platform for integration and so on.(4) Summing-up the successful experience of Zhou Yuan Shan mine and proposing contingency plans to prevent and respond to natural disasters in Hunan mines, allow us to respond to reconstruction of mines after the restoration of natural disasters with the high processing speed and efficiency way, which provides a reference to relevant reconstruction of post-disaster restoration industry.
