Rotating Sawing Machine's Research And Design

Rotating sawing machine was used to cut the tubular product and proximate matter which were processed by continuous extrusion molding to fixed length. It's a machine of which two groups of sawing mechanics and saw were driven to rotate on the platform to complete the process of cutting the tubular product to fixed length alternately.The overall structural of the sawing machine was designed by the research of the sawing process and the analysis of the rotating sawing machines'structure and its working process. The structure of the guide which was used to control the angel between the sawing mechanics and the tubular product by the guide rod was designed. That could be used to keep the saw vertical to the tubular product. And the speed curves of rotating platform were figured by computing the formula of the guide curve. The servo control system was designed according to the working process of sawing machine. The precision control method of the system was instructed by the closed-loop control of the servo system and the precision of rotary precision photoelectric encoder.Finally, the work of modeling and assembly were completed by pro/e software, and the motion simulation of the work process was finished in the Mechania module of that.
