| With the national "Eleventh Five-Year" to promote energy saving policies, the materials of doors and windows for building gradually to the direction of aluminum & PVC profiles. in this new trend, windows and doors processing equipment has also made great development, doors and windows gradually refined types of processing equipment and diversification of species. saw processes of window and door profile as an important part of windows and doors manufacture, precision of profiles sawing directly affects the quality and efficiency of windows and doors production.Now sawing machine of aluminum & PVC profiles have low machining accuracy, when the aluminum profiles was cutting off, mainly by the follow-up installation of aluminum doors or windows to make up for the error, PVC profiles are also through welding of plastic profiles to make errors, aluminum & PVC profiles processing efficiency is low。And now the economical sawing machine with CNC system is very less, operation is difficult, almost no human-machine interface, only a small number of high-end CNC sawing machine has nice human machine interface and high-precision servo control system, develop a economical of CNC sawing system which has friendly human-machine interface, and have high precision of saw working, have variety of programs transmit interface is very imminent.The current economic sawing machine problems and current sawing machine used technology is analyzed. this subject using C8051F020 and special motion control chip of MCX312 method to develop a CNC system for sawing machine of aluminum & PVC profiles, which have a friendly human-machine interface, high precision of sawing work, transmit program via USB mode sawing.Firstly, the working principle of sawing machine of aluminum & PVC profiles and it motion of work is analyzed and calculate it parameter, and then use the ideas of modular design, so it have a part of the openness, it can easy to follow system extensions and upgrades. We design the function of each module and hardware and software of CNC system for sawing machine of aluminum & PVC profiles. we use High-performance C8051F020 as core processor of this system, and assign address space for each module of the hardware; we choose CH376S which can read and write U disk controller processing information in transmission module, build hardware circuit in the core of it, and make software program and debug it, write work program which format is closed to human mind become very easily more, realize program of U disc information can free read and write through the system debugging; the microcontroller solve the true color LCD screen (TFT)show question is difficult and complex processing, we use M600 machine display module to solve the underlying problem, simplify development of human machine interface display program, design hardware and software programming of the display module. realization function of human machine interface.Motion Control is the core in the CNC system, use the core of MCX312 which have motion control function build motion control modules circuit, C8051F020 control MCX312 using the parallel non-multiplexed transmit data .all of programs run in the C8051F020, we write MCX312 underlying movement control program. this modules achieve precise control of size profile sawing and rate control through the commissioning and debug of the program several times, then achieving profile sawing processing.Design the basic I/O module, power module design, and anti-jamming design in CNC system; add function of printing profile information, it can precise control of the number of sawing profile and facilitate the assembly of doors and windows, Enterprise of windows and doors can also achieve "zero inventory" production process. Finally, we design PCB circuit boards of this system.
