Honing processing is usually used as the final process of parts processing and is an important finishing method.Honing processing quality directly affects the machine's working accuracy and service life.It is widely used in the automotive industry,aerospace,shipbuilding and other fields.The development of our country's honing machine tool started relatively late,compared with foreign honing machine tools.There is a large gap between the level of manufacturing of honing machine tools,machining accuracy,and control methods.Therefore,the research on honing process and on-line measurement system is beneficial to improve the comprehensive utilization ability of online measurement sys tem and numerical control honing machine tool,and it is of great significance to improve honing process precision and simplify honing process.The honing process is mainly divided into pre-tough,rough,fine and regional repairs.The role of rough and fine boring is to remove the machining allowance,obtain reasonable honing reticle,high surface quality and high shape accuracy.The effect of pre-boring and area repair is to eliminate the previous process or honing process.,The effect of shape defects on the honing quality.Regional repairs can effectively improve the ability of honing to correct shape defects.Foreign high-end CNC honing machine tools have achieved regional repair functions.Domestic honing machine tool manufacturers have actively invest ed in the research of regional repair functions,but the research results have not yet been applied.Area repairs are generally performed before the rough,and it is also possible to determine the shape of the honing workpiece based on the on-line measurement system and repair it during the honing process.Application area repair in honing machine can reduce rough time,improve honing efficiency and improve honing process quality.This topic focuses on the need for honing processing and makes the following research on the basis of honing technology research:(1)Based on the full study of mold grinding theory,elasto-plastic deformation theory and on-line measurement,combined with the actual conditions of honing processing,a single abrasive grain on a honi ng stone is taken as the object of study,through its force and grinding Process analysis establishes a grinding and grinding model.(2)According to the established honing and grinding model,the honing process was analyzed by numerical analysis method,a nd the starting conditions of regional repair and the selection of the main processing parameters in the regional repair were deduced.(3)In combination with the 2MK2210 numerical control honing machine design experiment,the parameters of the honing grin ding model were calibrated,a scientific and accurate honing grinding model was obtained,and the regional repairing process line,on-line measurement system and numerical control system were combined and used on the machine tool.Realize manual area repair function.
