Development Of The CNC System For The Mc FP 4TC

In recent year, the manufacturing Industry is developing in the direction of more efficient, less power consumption, less pollution, less drain off. The planned remanufacturing Technology is one of the important section of the resource reutilization.This thesis is about the update of CNC controlling system from FP 4TC machining center, the main goal of the thesis is researching and developing the useful methods in the field of redeveloping of the CNC Machine tools'controlling system.At the first section of the thesis, I make a plan of the redeveloping project; as well as list the necessary technical data of the old CNC machine and; moreover check and calibrate all the essential mechanism, which provides the necessary support of the CNC controlling system and Servo system selection. Then, with analyzing the typical characters of Fanuc 0iB CNC controlling system, I explain how to redevelop the controlling system for a CNC Machine Tool; according to the machine's working Status, to select a suitable controlling unit; how to design the electrical circuit; how to build up the connection of the mechanism and the corresponding electrical circuit. There are the general connection of Fanuc CNC controlling system, the necessary electrical circuit, the PLC ladder Program, as well as the initial CNC system parameters, and so on. Hope, the thesis can be useful to accumulate some experience in the field of CNC controlling system redevelopment, as well as to improve the remanufacturing technology.
