With the aggravation of environmental pollution and the deepening of resource scarcity,the development of circular economy has become an inevitable road for Chinese social development,and remanufacturing is the highest form of circular economy development.Laser cladding remanufacturing technology has the ability to prepare high performance alloy cladding layer on damaged metal substrate without changing the performance of substrate.In this paper,through the control study of the forming process trajectory position and forming shape,the laser cladding test was carried out on the failed tooth surface,and the improvement of the forming precision of the tooth surface was finally realized.The main research results are as follows:(1)The Scheme design of the gear laser remanufacturing system with the functions of measuring,laser cladding and grinding teeth composite forming was completed.According to the characteristics and technical requirements of gear laser cladding,the key parts of hardware and software are selected reasonably.The introduction of robot off-line programming software improves the position accuracy and programming flexibility of laser scanning path.(2)The experimental study on shape prediction and control of single channel cladding layer was completed.Based on the response surface method,a regression prediction model of laser power,powder feed,scanning speed and cladding layer shape was established.(3)The laser cladding test of gear tooth surface was completed.The tooth surface was measured and the laser cladding test technology was developed.The robot off-line programming software was used to simulate the cladding path,conduct interference inspection and complete the cladding test with the generated program.The size of the repaired tooth surface reached the range of grinding tooth allowance.The results show that the shape control method can improve the forming precision of the tooth surface and has important reference significance for the rapid repair of the gear.
