Motorized spindle is the core component of mechanical processing machine, electric spindle technical level directly decides the mechanical manufacturing level, the enterprise to enhance the efficiency of the crucial factor is high speed machine tool, the machine speed increase means electric spindle speed increase, with the speed increase calorific value increases make deformation serious spindle spindle bearing burned or scrap, research show that increase with the calorific value of the spindle bearing preload have some thing to do with the the inner and outer rings assembly over surplus quantity .First of all, according to the mechanical standards properties of the electric spindle to establishing spindle model, from the boundary conditions to high-speed electric spindle for high-speed which could result reasonable calorific value and thermal deformation conditions from the thermal deformation and calorific value calculation. then the spindle's load distribution is undertook analysis. prepared for the subsequent boundary conditions and the load applied. second, combined with the theories for that to calculate the optimal solution for the model temperature field, thermal deformation, preloaded force and the internal and external rings cooperate over surplus quantity and draw the relevant data. Finally, using the finite element analysis software ANSYS finite element method of spindle model of thermal analysis, hot - structure, analysis of coupling analysis will be able to assess pre-tightening force and Contact thermal resistance, etc as boundary conditions which applied to the spindle model, draw motorized spindle hot distribution, thermal gradient and thermal deformation by the analysis of the map, obtained the best preloaded force against launched over surplus quantity and coordination. then compare and conclusion have been on between analysied result and previous calculation. By researching electric spindle.we could conclude the optimal preload and the internal and external rings assembling interferences. then make spindle calorific value to minimum, deformation controled in the precision scope which the spindle operation needed.
