As a social phenomenon,the conflict exists in the whole process of human economic and social development.Enterprise project teams face more and more conflict with the diversification of multi-interest bodies,and diversification in the market planning,product development and continuous exchanges between enterprises.Team conflict is a double-edged sword,which could not only promote team discussion,stimulate inspiration,and provide more creative thinking for the realization of team goals,but also have negative influence on the decision-making quality,leading to the low team performance.Therefore,understanding and effective management of the team conflict are of great significance to the sustainable development of enterprise organization.The main contents and conclusion of the dissertation are as follows:Firstly,the theoretical research progress of team conflict,team conflict management and its influence on the team efficiency are reviewed thoroughly.It indicates although the team conflict and its management theories are very rich,there are few quantitative and empirical research on the team conflict in the special enterprise organization.In the paper,the conflict management problems of the project team in KL company was studied,and the conflict management strategies and corresponding improvement measurement were proposed,which could provide reference and guidance to team managers to resolve the conflicts.Secondly,combined with the characteristics of the project team in the KL company,the type and formation mechanism of the project team conflict,and the conflict management ways were investigated by questionnaire,and the investigation data were analyzed by SPSS 20.0.it indicates task conflict and relational conflict coexist in the project teams,which results from communication disorders,different personal values and unclear management responsibility.Integrating conflict management,avoiding conflict management and compromising conflict management are main choice for the team members,and the choosing of the compromising conflict management are strongly affected by age and working life..Thirdly,based on the above results and Rahim's conflict management models,five kinds of conflict management strategies were addressed.The special conflict problem that can be solved by using these conflict management strategies are also clarified.The improvement measures in project team conflict management,such as understanding of the project team conflict,effective communication styles,shaping of harmonious values for team members,building of post responsibility and rewarding systems,are proposed.
