Research On The Organizational Conflict Management In The Overseas Project Of China National Petroleum Engineering Companies

China's petroleum enterprises actively respond to national call to go abroad,to open up overseas resources,increase overseas project expenditure,ensure oil and gas supply in a timely manner.But differences exist with high risk of petroleum engineering project,makes the parties to tissue engineering concepts,to vary,and thus increase the conflict occurred.In addition to the organization's responsibilities are not clear will cause conflict.This article mainly includes five parts,the first part: the introduction of the related theories including organizational conflict management theory,project management theory,project management theory;the second part expounds the status quo of China's overseas oil project group faces,including organizational conflict common forms,reasons of organizational conflict,organizational conflict the problem of conflict,evolution;the third part: to different countries of the organization conflict as an example,the reference solutions,from the communication of information feedback to the information communication channels open to prevent conflict,enrich the mode of the fourth part of our organization conflict resolution: after the analysis of problems and combined with the status quo the proposed coordination approach to China's overseas oil project organization conflict;the fifth part: conclusion and prospect.The article puts forward relevant measures: first,to recognize the effect of conflict;second,coordinating relations,coordinate the conflict organization and construction organization;third,dynamic coordination and management to strengthen the organization,innovative ideas to solve the conflict;fourth,the introduction of third party,give full play to the role of third party coordination the fifth,put forward to solve the conflict;organization management mode.
