According to SAWS statistics,in recent years,there are more frequent occurrence of mine accidents in China,The security situation is not optimistic. The accidents created sheer number of casualties and large number of direct economic losses, which are bothe evidence that our current production safety situation is very serious and urgent. The occurrence of accidents are not isolated, but interrelated, mainly due to unsafe acts of people and material insecurity. Therefore, how to reduce accidents to ensure the safety of mine production and to achieve the mine's standard management is a top priority in security management.Through a large number of case studies , in addition to the complex mining environment, the backward technology and equipment, a serious lack of funding,mine accidents more importantly caused by lower level of safety management and practical safety assessment results . Therefore, the choice of the safety assessment has become an important task ,which is a fundamental strategy to eliminate the production of coal mine accidents and prevent accidents.How to establish mine safety indicators systematically and scientifically ,the relationship between indicators, the values of indicators and weights of them are both key issues of safety assessment.Through comparative analysis, this paper choose theConstructional method of mine safety evaluation index system based on production process.In the application, based on the three procedures of mine and related technical standards, the establishment of safety checklist adopts Improved AHP to determine the index weights and evaluate by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The result is that this mine is in a relatively safe level to enhance transportation.This mine has improved itself according to the evaluation result.
