Design And Development Of Marine Engineering Quality Control Information System

This article aims at the quality management problems that ocean engineering project existed in the process of construction, installation and commissioning in the domestic offshore oil company:first, the overall quality management is in the experiential management status, lack of standard specification processes, and the project quality management personnel insufficient production, team is not sound; second, the quality of the data recorded according to the paper medium, large work volume on data analysis, statistical inconvenient and the problems trace difficult, the result data feedback lag, update not in time, can’t for enterprise management decision to provide timely and reliable data support; third, in the project, the approval processes treat paper media as a carrier of the transfer, high cost of waste is serious, fourth, the project involves the approval processes reminds in the form of verbal to notify, inaccurate information transfer, the examination and approval cycle is long, low productivity, etc. In view of this, ocean engineering quality control information system was designed and developed.Based on Microsoft SharePoint platform, the system is developed, which is seamlessly integrated with Microsoft Office software. According to the quality management experiences and staff operation habits of some domestic offshore oil companies’ocean engineering projects, the based on SharePoint user group management model is designed, combining with the popular distributed computer network technology under the multi-user collaborative management idea, and it can make unified configuration by roles for the system account privileges. Adopt project WBS standardization management concept, the basic data standardization management model based on project WBS is designed, which can regularly manage the ocean engineering project based data. By optimized the seam welding inspection approval processes in the ocean engineering construction and installation link, the stakeholder communication and system process model is designed for ocean engineering project quality process control.Finally, the ocean engineering quality management information system is applied to the Lvda 10-1 oil field comprehensive adjustment development engineering project. The results show that the ocean engineering project quality management work efficiency has improved significantly, which has implemented the high efficiency, real-time, accuracy, and standardization.
