Urban Environmental Function Division

A lot of evironmental problems which conflicts with economy,society,resource and environment occur in cities with urbanization development in China.Environmental functional district planing is the foundation and base of environmental planning,it is not only an effective menthod to solve the above problems,but also an important reference of urban construction.According to"ecological first"and environmental demands of all kinds of resource, the paper which uses spatial analysis and the ecological environmental assessment combination of methods conducts environmental functional distuict planning ,which is an important significance in improving current environmental quality and beautiful town construction and ecological city construction .The paper puts forward the methods of ecological suitability assessment and ecological sensitive evaluation and ecosystems service value evaluation combining environmental functiondistrict planning based on regional information technology, The main conclus are listed as the following:1. Based on declaring the current study situation of environmental functional district planning at home and abroad and studying theory and research method of environmental functional distict ,the study methods of discussing environmental functional distict of the Licheng city were put forword .2. Adopting the method of combining spatial analysis and the ecological environmental assessment,the paper studies the area environmental function division.Case study shows that:●The thesis chooses forty indexes from three aspect such as ecological suitability assessment and ecological sensitive evaluation and ecosystems service value evaluation. And this shapes a complete evaluating method of urban environment, which includes the index system, weight, evaluating criterion and pattern.●In accordance with the spatial scales, it was divided into environment, environmental element.According to the emphases and features of environmental protection, the environmental functions of Licheng city can be divided into three functional zones:critical protective zone,popular protective zone and pollution control. In which, the acreage of critical protective zone accounts for 11.0 percent of total area,popular protective zone ,75.9 percent, pollution controlled zone ,13.1 percent;●According to regional functional features and structures,the measures for development and protection of urban land use and water environment protection wre put forward based on the point of view of urban construction.
