Along with the development of science technology and manufacture, the precision of inspection in complicated accessory are enhancing gradually. But just because the complicated accessory are complexity, using traditional tools to inspect is difficult and not exactitude. How to use another effective method to replace traditiongal way evaluate inspecting precision is urgent problem to be soved.On researching of the Recerse Engineering, this paper presents the method of inspecting the quality of the complicate accessory based on 3D scanning technology. In virtue of the method, this paper designs the process of inspection for the complicated parts effectively and economically in digitalization and visualization.This paper has analysised the fundamental and application of reverse engineering, studied the key technology of reverse engineering of complicated accessory, particularly expatiated a series of reverse engineering technology:inspection data obtain,data input,data pretreatment, etc. Provide theory and oprate technology basement for applying reverse engineering to the inspection of complicated accessory.Based on the study of the theory of error inspection and the technology of actual form inspection, author propose that apply reverse engineering to the digital inspection of complicate parts, establish exactly surface matching, study digitized check technology of machined parts with Geomagic software and CATIA software and gives the methods how to apply digitized check technology into some typical machined parts, to inspect the quality of stamping part, analysis the inspection data, find the utimate teason of quality fluctuate appeared. The methods have pratical value because of higher precision and higher speed check,which is difficult for the conventional measurement methods and reference value to automation,flecibility and digitize of in-situ measurement.
