The three-phase asynchronous motor is an equipment that is widely used in modern industry and daily life. The steady running of electrical machinery directly affects the operation of production. The whole system consists of fault diagnosis and remote supervision control.In the fault diagnosis part, taking rotor broken bar as an example, the issue of the degree of broken rotor bars including the number of broken rotor bars detection and broken time is researched. The simulation based on MATLAB proves that the characteristic frequency values and magnitude of fault characteristics can be get by FFT of the reconstructed energy coefficient, which helps to conclude the fault degree of broken bar and support the fault diagnosis.In the remote supervision control part, the Boa is adopted as web server, to build embed-based remote supervision control system with and HTTP and CGI technology. The hardware of embedded host takes microprocessor S3C2410 chip as core, and consists of basic peripheral circuits executing stator current sampling, signal conditioning, powering, crystallizing, resetting, memorizing, Ethernet or serial communication and JTAG.Cooperating with the hardware, the embed-type Linux operating system is transplanted, Boot loader loaded and root file system constructed, the application programs including A/D conversion, Ethernet drive and communication, data acquisition and wavelet packet analysis are also developed. Finally, the function that the dynamic web page could inquire the datum of the running and fault of induction motor is realized using CGI program.
