In recently years,under the dual pressure of the energy crisis and environmental pollution,wind energy generation will be the most promising green energy in 21st century.For the structure and the operating characteristics of the MW-class horizontal axis wind turbines , based the Aerodynamics,the Hydrodynamics,the Ye Su Monmentum Theory and the Element Theory , for machine calculation,analysis software GH Bladed and large general purpose finite element analysis sofeware ANSYS tools for the purpose of calculating ,taking the way of combing the theoretical analysis and the numerical simulation , based the industry standards and technical specifications of the wind energy generation , established the machine-orientde load calculation and the key structural components of the finite element research work , the purpose is to ensure the wind energy generation will running smoothly . This paper will tell us that :For the variable load of design condition of the 1.5 MW horizontal axis's Variable Speed Constant Frequency Wind Turbine, using machine calculation and analysis software GH Bladed to solution the hub's limit load of the wind Turbine fixed coordinate system and rotating coordinate system , and drawing the power characteristics and the axial thrust curve of the wind energy generator .The stress cloud distribution of tower tell us that stress will gradually increasing from the top of the tower to the bottom . The maximum stress appear the around of the tower bottom , and there is a stress concentration in the tower bottom of the door .According to the Machine simulation software GH BLADE to calculation the limit load of the wind generator under the worst conditions , STP will be the formation of CATIA software into the ANSYS software entities, the format divisionde in hexahedral meshing unit . From the resolution of the calculation , the connection regional of the hub has a greater stress ,the Maximum stress appears in the back end connections , and the Maximum equivalent stress is far smaller than material yield strength .To analysis the limit load on site wheel lifting plate ,through the post-processing analysis module of the ANSYS software , we can intuitively visualize the wheel lifting plate the calculation results before and after . The position of maximum force of wheel lifting plate did not change before and after optimization , but deformation and maximum stress has changed significantly . Wheel lifting plate has yielded deformation in optimizing pre-program , and the maximum stress of the node has closed to the tensile strength of materials , but the optimized program of Wheel lifting plate has not in full compliance with design requirements .This paper Verificates the wind turbine the intensity of the key components though the calculation and the Strength Analysis to the load of Horizontal axis MW wind turbine machines , and analyzed the results , laying the foundation for the Independent R & D and localization of the wind turbines.
