Abstract/Summary:
With the rapid development of China’s highway construction, a lot of the earlyconstruction of the road gradually into the medium-sized repair period. In recent years,Ningxia has entered a large-scale restoration of the highway, which uses an effective way torepair a serious problem. Compared with the traditional method of road maintenance, asphaltpavement recycling of waste materials, referred to as "green" construction technology, caneffectively improve resource utilization, protect the ecological environment, in line with theproposed development of recycling economy countries to achieve sustainable developmentstrategy policy, in line with practice in our province to achieve transportation and harmoniousdevelopment of resources and the environment green transportation concept. Therefore, theasphalt pavement recycling technology research is of great significance, but also my area oftheory to guide practice, a bold exploration of road maintenance carried out.This thesis based on the research results at home and abroad, from the technicalcharacteristics of the asphalt pavement recycling paper expounds the classification ofrecycling technologies, applicability. And relies on transit Ningxia section of highway S101line concentric conducted the original old road traffic investigation, detection, analysis,evaluation, on the basis of the structure proposed combination and the road full ofdeep-in-place pavement thickness cold recycling of pavement repair program. By Indoor MixProportion Design and pavement reliable, reasonable design method for cold recycling, hasaccumulated experience in the design mix. Through the study of specific construction processevery step of the analysis of the cold recycling technology process control points and keyindicators of construction, for the implementation of other projects in Ningxia region in situcold recycling for reference.Practice shows that the asphalt pavement in situ cold recycling technology not only hasgood road performance, but also has significant economic, social and environmental benefits,is a practical, there are broad prospects for development of the technology, it should be in theasphalt pavement overhaul widely used in the promotion.
