Monitoring measurement for tunnel construction is an important part of NATM. The Processing and analysis of the information obtained by monitoring measurement, and the estimating of the safety of the Surrounding Rock and Tunnel Lining Structure are essential for optimal design and construction safety. Different tunnels have different features, and the sharing of monitoring data offer more experiences for newly-built projects. In this paper, by applying database and Web technology and analyzing the real situation of the on-hand project Jicha highway Potou tunnel, the author has developed a set of monitoring measurement systems which share data and collaborate with each other through internet. The set of systems provides a common platform, deals with every section of monitoring measurement data and improves aid decision making. This paper includes the following issues.1. By studying the recent data management of the tunnel monitoring system, the author developed a Web-based data management system whose framework is based on the browser/server framework. The system develops on the basis of Visual Studio.NET and uses SQL Server as the backend database system. The COM component technology offers references for dotNET framework by introducing the Matlab computing functions. The set of systems covers several sub-models such as data query, data modifying, data analyzing, data forecasting, data mapping and data reporting. The system implements visual design and on-line operation via Internet.2. Several regression analysis models are classified for the deformation of the surrounding rock and some complex models are analyzed in detail. Time effort and spatial effects are integrated, and by using the Spline interpolation algorithm, the system generates the space-time effect map of the deformation of the surrounding rock.3. Taking the Jicha highway Potou tunnel for instance, the author uses the system to process data, predict, generate graphics and evaluate the stability of the surrounding rock.By practical application, it can be noted that this system can easily and quickly query the tunnel monitoring data, and data analysis of the stability of the surrounding rock can be made by network operation via Internet. Thus the software being reasonably planed and designed is of high value.
