Nanjing-Hangzhou Expressway Maintenance Management Model Analysis And Countermeasures

With the opening of China's highway mileage and time of substantial growth, increasing conservation and management of highway projects demonstrate the importance and necessity. However, late start because of the Highway, the lack of advanced scientific management experience, on highway maintenance management has been in the exploration. Therefore, highway maintenance management study and propose measures have important practical significance.From the start of highway maintenance management, the use of project management theory, using comparative analysis method, analysis and research of highway maintenance and management of three models, where by the author taken by the Nanjing-Hangzhou Highway Maintenance Management Model specific analysis, learn from foreign advanced highway maintenance management model, combined with my daily work, maintenance and management of highway engineering experience, given the need for highway maintenance and management of a "separated custody, partial integration" model, and Nanjing-Hangzhou Expressway to improve the management of a number of conservation measures.Through this research, for conservation and management of our various highway agencies in the choice of management to provide a very useful reference for China's highway construction and highway maintenance operations of great significance to sustainable development.
