Study Of Water Resources Comprehensive Planning For Fengfeng Mine Area Of Handan

Water is the source of live and the basic of substance.Besides land of natural resources,water resources are most closely related to production and human life.With economic and social developmet and with municipal process quickening, people have higher demand for water quality and water quantity.But fresh water resources that can be used is limited.So scarce water resources not only restricts economic and social development but also results in continuous deterioration of water environment,global water crisis becomes more and more serious which has aroused world people's attention. So study on Comprehensive planning to use,improve the efficiency of water utilization and accomplish sustainable utilization of water resources,is important and has theoretical and practical meaning.This paper firstly introduces the background and significance of research, a comprehensive and detailed planning of water resources at home and abroad are introduced, the paper studies the research method, the technical route and the main content of study, at the same time, introduces the situation of Handan Fengfeng mine area, including the natural geography, water conservancy projects and the social and economic situation. Then according to the administrative division of the water resources evaluation, including precipitation and evaporation surface and groundwater resources evaluation, evaluation of water resources, the calculation and analysis, and through water entry for each of the water, the basic situation of the towns of water. Then in 2005, the current level of exploitation and utilization of water resources were analyzed, and through the analysis of the status quo in the level of out water resources development and utilization of the problems existing in the process. And with current level for years, by 2015 benchmark for recent planning in 2020 respectively, vision, planning in horizontal level, 50% of the two assurance and 75% demand-decided and water. In order to promote regional economic, social and ecological environment of coordinated development of resources, establish the multi-objective optimization in Fengfeng mine configuration model, using Matlab programming model for optimal toolbox is to optimize configuration, and the results are analyzed, and the results are basically feasible configuration. Finally, this article from the surface water and underground water resources protection and measures to protect water resources protection and management measures for protection of water resources in Fengfeng mine area were discussed. Conclusion shows that, through the integrated water resources planning and optimization allocation to understand the relationship of water supply, improve the economic benefit and social benefit, pay attention to the protection of the ecological environment in Fengfeng mine area, realize the Handan sustainable utilization of water resources and the sustainable economic development has certain practical significance.
