Nowadays, the power supply bureau should go into a new stage instead of keeping in the old stage which only needs to make sure power is supplied stable and the charging fee calculation is correct. In the new stage, we need to try thinking in the customers'perspective in order to achieve what customers need and what customers require. To construct harmonious electric power marketing, letting the brand go deeply into the customers, we must build the core value and endless service concept which are focus on the customers'requirements. At the same time, we need to build various new businesses and deliver high quality services. We need to reinforce the communication with the customers, learn how to think in the customers' perspective, and finally to provide the valuable deliverables to the customers which can fully fulfill the customers' requirement. However, it is not possible to keep tracking the services feedback or quality with each of the customers one by one. Hence, how to choose the important customers among the whole customer group for the service tracking is very important. But the electric power marketing management information system of BO LUO power supply bureau is not yet able to achieve this function.Currently, BO LUO power supply bureau is using the electric power marketing management information system (MIS) which is unified in Guang Dong province. MIS is a multi functional system which could able to measure the power usage, provide the charging fee calculation and measure the system power consumption. The function of MIS is very powerful, but it could not fully cater the different requirements of the power supply bureau of Guang Dong Province. Though MIS could store all the related customer information, it could not perform the comparison among the customer data as instructed, and even not able to select the customers' information as per required. Instead, the queries could only handle manually. That would be a vast waste of effort and resources. Sometimes, the customer sample is even picked randomly instead of picking those valuable customers' data to analyze in order to provide most valuable service to customers.According to the limitation of MIS, we have developed a mini very important customer filtering system which is based on the MIS in order to cater the limitations during the daily work and different requirement from different area's power supply bureau. The newly developed system can store all of the BO LUO power supplier's customer information. Besides, the system could select the important information by different conditions and criterion among the whole customer information database in order to provide the best service to the various customers according to their actual needs. This new system helps us to achieve the"double win"of the power company and the customers.
