"Low-carbon" is the most fashionable environmental protection currently, in this particular environment, how to demonstrate design's unique strength is a subject worth to study. It's reasonable to discuss the relationship between product forms and human visual perception of natural, thus, this article will use the concepts of product, form, vision, perception to collect, sort, aggregate, integrate a theory that will fulfill the needs of guiding product design.The research conducts under the precondition of low carbon economy, it contains the following three sections:the first part is a in-depth analysis of the product form, the second part is a re-interpretation of visual perception, the last part of the theory is a design method that integrated with relative theories of product design.Product design has its special attributes, I'll point out the necessity to focus on the properties of product, my study combined with the set of environmental issues, and this is the first part of the concept of product analysis in the article.Form contains two meanings:the shape and the state, form is a physical characteristic, it's a outside meaning; State is spiritual characteristic, it has content. However, products and product form should be studied from two aspects; shape and state are the main content in the first part.Visual perception is mainly the product visibility and awareness, I'll further the understanding of perception and emotional, intellectual, rational,this is the second part of the article.The third part is based on the several conditions that the scientific knowledge must be structured with, these conditions will make us reflect the meaning that the design of product shape conveyed, and the theory will merge emotional, intellectual, and rational in one design approach.This article will show the links between these concepts, and combine the information that associated with the perception theory, and then propose a method of product shape design.
