Hand in hand power-supply modes has become at present the most popular a kind of power-supply modes in our country. It transforms former radial distribution circuit into double power supply, Among two paragraphs wiring up with contact switches.Thus,most parts of outage sections can be recovered when fault appear.It can restore most sections power supply in the shortest possible time,narrowing outage area in zhe maximum and improving the reliability of the urban area greatly.The paper firstly introducts the basic knowledge of Distruction Automation System aspect.It includes the meaning of related basic concept, function and architecture of Distribution Automation System, significance of realizing the distribution automation system, power load control and management system. It is conventient for preliminary understanding.Combined with the actual construction. Power load control and management system is the important component of Distribution Automation System.Application scope gradually expandings and rapidly develops.Yucheng urban distribution network ever is radial.It becomes ring, double power supply after the establish of YunCheng urban Distribution Network Automation System.Urban power supply reliability is greatly increased.It introduces the basic function first in the design scheme of YunCheng urban Distribution Network Automation System,including data functions, system function of SCADA, advanced application function and the real-time information based on Web publishing functionality.It provides the basis for the development of software and hardware choice.It designs at fault diagnosis, isolation and treatment strategies after the basic function has been finished.First distribution network is simplified.Then we decide to use layered model of distribution network and adopt feeder automation system by coincidence transmitters and voltage-time sectioned.
